We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from damage, scuffs, or signs of wear

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@enigmaparis.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer size and colour exchanges subject to availability. Email us at hello@enigmaparis.com to request an exchange.

Non-returnable Items

  • Items returned after 15 days of delivery
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage
  • Items without original packaging

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
