Refund policy

We want you to love your shoes. You may return unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email info@enigmaparis.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it and send a replacement free of charge. Sale/clearance items are final sale. Worn or customer-damaged items are not eligible.
