Refund policy

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached, and free from damage or signs of wear. HOW TO START A RETURN Email hello@enigmaparis.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 24 hours with return instructions. REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Allow an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement. EXCHANGES Size and colour exchanges available subject to stock. Email hello@enigmaparis.com within 15 days of delivery. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS Email hello@enigmaparis.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. RETURN SHIPPING Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case EnigmaParis covers the full cost. RESTOCKING FEE We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Items returned after 15 days, items showing signs of wear, items without original packaging, or final sale items.
